Our Live Online Masterclasses provide fully interactive training delivered live via the internet through an online video conference platform. At a time when many firms have restrictions on business travel and attendance at in-person events in place, our Live Online Masterclasses offer real-time interaction with our expert Masterclass Tutors and your industry peers – all from the comfort of your own home or office – without the additional travel time and costs.

We use Zoom Meetings & Chat. You can test Zoom Meetings by clicking on the link to their website here https://zoom.us/test. Please note that before registering for a Live Online Masterclass it is your responsibility to check that you are able to access Zoom Meetings using their test link and that you are not prevented by any firewall or IT security measures that your company may have in place.

You will need a high quality broadband internet connection; a computer or tablet with good quality webcam and microphone (we advise using headphones with integrated microphone); access to a meeting room or suitable quiet location without any background noise which might impede your effective learning and participation in the Masterclass or that of other participants. Please note this equipment is not included in the Registration Fee – all participants are responsible for ensuring at their own cost that they have the necessary equipment to be able to join and participate in the Masterclass.

When you register online you will have the option to pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking or to request an invoice and pay later by bank transfer or card. Please indicate your booking reference and full name on all bank transfers and communications. If an invoice is requested, payment must be made by the invoice due date. All registration fees due must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the Masterclass. Yes – you can transfer your place to a colleague so that they can attend instead of you by notifying us in writing no later than one week before the Masterclass commences. If you need to transfer your place please email us at team@smartmanufacturingnetwork.com.

In the unlikely event that the Masterclass is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund of any Registration Fee you have paid or if you prefer we can issue a credit note for you to use towards a future Masterclass.

Yes – on completion of the Masterclass you will receive an electronic copy of all the slides/materials presented by the Tutor. Please note that these are provided for your ongoing individual learning and professional development and should not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for other purposes.

Yes – the name, job title, company and where available the LinkedIn public profile URL of attendees will be sent to participants (usually the week before the event) so you can see who else is attending and for future business networking. If you would prefer be excluded from this delegate list please email team@smartmanufacturingnetwork.com at the time of your booking.

No – only one person can attend the Live Online Masterclass for each ticket purchased – you cannot share the same ticket with colleagues or allow additional participants to join using the log in link provided to you. You are welcome to purchase additional tickets for colleagues who also wish to attend the Masterclass with you.

No – we aim to create an environment at our Live Online Masterclasses in which all delegates feel comfortable to participate, ask questions and share ideas freely with the Tutor and their peers in a trusted setting. Participants should therefore not make video or audio recordings of any part of the Masterclass.
